The All American Grand Bash (formerly known as the West Virginia Grand Bash) is one of our signature philanthropic events that raise funds in support of organizations making a difference in their communities and beyond. Since 2014, this annual event has drawn over 33,000 participants from 32 states and helped raise over $2.1 million. This highly sought-after event is filled with prize cash drawings, luxury vehicles, ATVs, sports memorabilia, the latest hunting and fishing gear, and live entertainment.
Our 9th Annual All American Grand Bash will be held on March 18, 2023 at Mylan Park and the inaugural Cash-n-Carry Kickoff Raffle and Concert will be held on March 17, 2023 at Pro Performance. This year's event benefits Operation Welcome Home, the Hoss Foundation, Mission For Miracles, and WVU Medicine Children's.
Volunteers will help in a variety of ways:
manage the attendee entrance
sell raffle tickets and pull-tabs
monitor the food and beverage lines
set-up and tear-down, etc.
There will be spots open for those unable to stand/lift/walk during Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday Shifts but we will need to know ahead of time.
You will be receiving a volunteer t-shirt if you work the FRIDAY EVENING EVENT or the SATURDAY EVENT shifts. These t-shirts will be given to you when you arrive prior to those specific shifts.
You will also be given a Panera boxed lunch IF you work the SATURDAY EVENT shifts. There will be food trucks and vendors if you need to snack throughout the day so bring cash/credit for those purchases. You can also bring your own snacks and beverages if you wish.
